Natalia Evtikhevich is a program manager at Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC) responsible for projects on Russia’s relations with the EU, United States, and Latin America as well as projects on Euro-Atlantic security. She has a Ph.D. in international relations from the Institute of U.S. and Canadian Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Her research interests include Euro-Atlantic security, Canadian foreign policy, and the BRICS as an emerging power.
