Michael Kofman is a fellow at the Kennan Institute of the Wilson Center and an analyst at CNA Corporation. His work focuses on Russian military analysis and security issues in the post-Soviet space. Previously he served as a fellow and program manager at National Defense University, U.S. Department of Defense.
