Andrew Kuchins

Biography

Director and senior fellow of the Russia and Eurasia Program at the Center for Strategic and International Studies. From 2000 to 2006, Kuchins was a senior associate at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, where he previously served as director of its Russian and Eurasian Program in Washington, D.C., from 2000 to 2003 and again in 2006. He was director of the Carnegie Moscow Center in Russia from 2003 to 2005.
